Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Purchases

By purchasing a Midhana device, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including your name, email, shipping address, and payment information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order, or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

2. Product Use and Limitation of Liability

The Midhana device is designed to provide prayer time notifications based on a user's geographic location and preferred calculation method. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that prayer times will be 100% accurate for all locations and under all conditions.

The Device is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Midhana be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses (even if Midhana has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the Device.

3. Device Software and Updates

The Midhana device comes with preinstalled software that is essential for its functionality. The software may receive automatic updates from time to time to improve performance, enhance security, or add new features.

By purchasing and using the Device, you agree to receive these software updates. You acknowledge that failure to update the Device's software may result in reduced functionality or inaccuracies in prayer time calculations.

4. Warranty

Midhana devices come with a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or modifications
• Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, and broken plastic
• Damage caused by using the device outside its intended purpose
• Damage or failures caused by third-party equipment

5. Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Midhana.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Midhana and its licensors. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
